The service
My Best Colors offers a personal style questionnaire, AI-assisted photo analysis, free preparation, and an optional paid color guide. The guide recommends a seasonal palette and ways to explore colors in clothing, hair, makeup, and accessories. It is subjective style guidance. Lighting, cameras, makeup, screens, and individual preferences affect the result.
Free start and purchase
The questionnaire, photo submission and report preparation are free. Your personal results are revealed only after payment. The complete report is $19 USD, paid once through Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorize. Only a successfully confirmed payment unlocks the full report.
Access and downloads
The report is private to the browser session used for analysis. Unpurchased guides are saved for 7 days; purchased reports for 365 days after payment. Download the PNG palette and complete PDF report to keep a personal copy. You can create and save a private guide link after purchase to restore access on another device. Anyone with the link can open that report, so keep it confidential. Clearing browser cookies without saving the private link may remove access. This version does not provide email recovery.
Your uploads
Upload only your own photo with the right to use it. Do not submit someone else’s photo without permission, unlawful material, or files intended to damage or abuse the service. You give us permission to process the submitted image and answers for the analysis you request, as described in our Privacy page.
No guaranteed outcome
We do not promise a definitive color season, professional in-person draping accuracy, or a particular shopping or beauty outcome. The report is not medical advice. Try colors yourself before making a purchase or a lasting change. You can inspect a clearly labeled sample guide before paying.
Payments, service problems, and rights
If checkout does not complete, your report remains locked and you can try again. If payment is processing, return to the original results page and check its status. Your Stripe receipt identifies the merchant and payment details. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights that apply to you. Deleting a report does not automatically initiate a refund.
Personal use
You may download, print, and use your own report for personal styling. Do not resell the service’s reports, copy the site as your own product, bypass payment access, or automate uploads in a way that harms the service.
